Quick answer: surfactant data are comparable only when the method and conditions match
Do not rank surfactants from isolated supplier numbers unless concentration, active matter, temperature, water quality, equilibration, equipment and test method are aligned. Wetting time, surface tension, interfacial tension, foam, cloud point and finished-formula stability answer different questions; none is a universal performance score.
