Professional Industrial Surfactant Manufacturer & Custom Chemical Solutions
Kemaix manufactures ethylene oxide (EO) and propylene oxide (PO) derivatives. Since 2010, the company has developed production and supply capabilities for AEO, PEG, PPG, Span, Tween, block polyethers and polyether defoamers; grade availability is confirmed per order.
The facility has company-reported annual capacity above 20,000 tons. Kemaix states that production follows its ISO 9001 quality-management system; buyers should confirm current certificate scope, grade documentation, batch specifications and formulation performance.
Kemaix supports international chemical shipments with product documentation, packaging options and order-specific logistics coordination. Destination, Incoterms, stock and lead time are confirmed per order.
More About Kemaix
International Supply and Documentation
Kemaix ships under FOB, CIF and CFR terms as FCL or LCL via Shanghai Port, with professional logistics support and rapid lead times.
Standard packaging covers 200 kg drums, 1000 L IBC tanks and bulk, with TDS, MSDS and COA documentation supplied for customs and QC.
Five Core Product Families
From high-volume commodity ethoxylates to process-tuned foam control — all built on in-house EO/PO chemistry.

AEO & FAE Series — Fatty Alcohol / Fatty Acid Ethoxylates
A comprehensive range of fatty alcohol ethoxylates (AEO) and fatty acid ethoxylates (FAE) for wetting, scouring and emulsification screening in textiles, laundry detergents and industrial cleaning. Includes AEO-3, AEO-7, AEO-9 and customised EO moles across carbon-chain lengths. APEO-free status is grade-specific and must be confirmed in the current TDS and COA.

PEG, PPG & EO/PO Block Polyethers (Poloxamers)
As a technically-driven manufacturer we specialise in polyethylene glycol (PEG), polypropylene glycol (PPG) and block polyethers (L/P/F series and poloxamers), engineered for precise control over low-foaming, defoaming and lubrication performance.

KM Series — Polyether Foam Control
Nine grades span three EO/PO backbones: KM-DG glycerol polyethers, KM-DA fatty-alcohol block polyethers and KM-DE polyether esters. The supplier starting range of 0.25%–0.6% must be validated for the actual process, foam profile, temperature, shear and compatibility conditions.

Can't find the exact specification? Because we manufacture the polyether ourselves, our R&D team can adjust EO/PO ratios, target a specific HLB value, tune cloud point and set molecular weight to your requirement.
Widely Used Across Industries
Supporting distributors and industrial users across agrochemical, textile, cleaning, water-treatment, fermentation and personal-care applications.
Agrochemical Formulations
Emulsifiers, dispersants and wetting agents that keep EC, EW, SC and ME formulations stable, plus tank-mix adjuvants for foliar coverage.
Textile & Leather Processing
Wetting and penetrating agents for scouring and degreasing, levelling agents for even dyeing, and low-foam grades for high-agitation jet machines.
Metalworking Fluids
Emulsification and lubrication for cutting, grinding and rust-prevention fluids, with hard-water tolerance and controlled foaming.
Oil & Gas Processing
Emulsifiers, demulsifiers and wetting agents across drilling, separation and gas processing, where clean carryover behaviour is essential.
Mining & Mineral Processing
Dispersants and wetting agents for flotation, leaching and tailings handling, with froth control tuned so recovery is not disrupted.
Industrial Fermentation
Block polyethers for shear protection in sparged culture, nutrient dispersion, and persistent foam suppression across long batch cycles.
Water & Wastewater Treatment
Wetting and dispersing agents for treatment chemistry, plus aeration foam control that leaves no residue to foul membranes or biomass.
Papermaking
Wetting, dispersing and sizing auxiliaries for the wet end and surface treatment, with air control that protects drainage and sheet formation.
Building Materials & Concrete
Wetting agents and dispersants for polycarboxylate admixture systems, with air-content control that protects compressive strength.
